Dunedin Walks for Mental Health
Loop into the Light Sunset Lantern Walk
Hello Freeman Sound Family and Friends,
You're invited to Dunedin Walks for Mental Health: Loop into the Light Sunset Lantern Walk, a heartfelt evening of music, unity, and mental health awareness.
We dedicate this Loop Into the Light Walk to the Gow family, in loving memory of their beloved daughter, Chelsea Christine Gow.
As we walk side by side, we carry Vice Mayor Jeff Gow, his wife Carin, and their daughter Lindsey in our hearts.
May this walk become a circle of light, love, and community— a living remembrance of those we have lost, and support for all who grieve.
Date: Saturday, November 22, 2025
Time: Walk: 5:30–6:30 PM | Arrival begins at 4:30 PM
Location: Dunedin Marina | 51 Main St
As the sun sets, we’ll begin at Dunedin Marina, walking down Edgewater Drive to Orangewood Drive, then looping back to the Dunedin Marina — a symbolic path of reflection and return.
Lanterns: $10

We hope you’ll join us as we loop into the light together — honoring those we’ve lost, uplifting those who are struggling, and celebrating the healing power of music and connection.
Whether you carry a lantern or walk beside us, your presence helps us promote the conversation for better mental health.
